Acacia Kitchen Cabinets is a family-owned custom cabinet and millwork company serving Miami-Dade and Broward County since 2013. We design, build, and install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closets, wall units, and complete kitchen remodels for homeowners across South Florida — out of our fabrication shop at 7909 NW 54th St in Doral.

We’re not a franchise. Not a big-box store. Not a company that sends a salesperson and then farms the work out to a subcontractor. Acacia is a small, specialized team that does one thing: custom cabinetry and millwork, from design through installation, handled entirely in-house.

Who We Are

Acacia was founded in 2013 by Andres Riobueno with a straightforward idea: Miami homeowners deserved a custom cabinet company that was locally owned, fully transparent, and committed to quality construction rather than volume. Over a decade later, we’ve completed hundreds of projects across Miami-Dade, built a team of dedicated craftspeople and designers, and earned a 4.8★ rating across 125+ Google reviews — all from real homeowners in communities we actually work in.

Our showroom and fabrication shop in Doral is where every cabinet is designed and built. We don’t outsource fabrication to a factory in another state. We don’t use particleboard and call it custom. Every cabinet that leaves our shop is built from 3/4″ plywood with solid wood doors, soft-close hardware, and the finish you approved in your 3D design.

How We Work

Every Acacia project follows the same process — because it works.

1. Free in-home consultation — A designer comes to your home, takes precise measurements, and spends real time understanding how you use your kitchen, what you love and hate about it, and what your goals are for the renovation.
2. 3D design rendering — We build a photorealistic 3D model of your kitchen. You see the exact cabinet doors, hardware, countertop, and layout before we build anything. This is included with every project — it’s not a premium add-on.
3. Itemized quote — The design comes with a line-by-line quote. You know exactly what you’re paying for. No estimates, no ranges, no “we’ll figure it out later.”
4. In-house fabrication — Once you approve the design and sign the contract, fabrication begins in our Doral shop. Typically 2–3 weeks for a full kitchen.
5. Professional installation — Our own licensed crew handles the installation. Not a subcontractor we called the week before. The people who built your cabinets install them.
6. Final walkthrough — We don’t close out a job until every door is aligned, every drawer opens smoothly, and you’re satisfied with every detail.

Acacia Kitchen Cabinets is fully licensed in the State of Florida and carries general liability insurance and workers’ compensation on every job. We pull permits when required, coordinate with inspectors, and stand behind our work. If something isn’t right after installation, we come back and fix it. That’s not a policy — it’s how a small, reputation-driven company operates.
